Market recognition built on authenticity
The past few months have been some of the busiest in Truepic’s history. 2026 is on track to be our biggest year yet, with more images authenticated than ever before. In just a few weeks, we were proud to announce two industry recognitions and three new partnerships across consumer products, U.S., and Canadian insurance.
To us, that confirms something we’ve believed for a long time: authenticity in digital content is now foundational to how businesses run, whatever the industry. When companies can trust the photos and videos coming in, they make decisions faster. We expect that need to keep growing as enterprises work to adapt to speed and trust in the AI world.
Recognition from the market
This month, Inc. named Truepic a 2026 Power Partner Award winner, our third year in a row on the list. The award recognizes B2B companies that help their enterprise customers grow. That matters to us, because our partners’ success is how we measure our own. Our customers in insurance, financial services, consumer products, and other areas use Truepic because verified images unlock their growth potential and mitigate risk.
We’re also a finalist for Disruptor of the Year at the US FinTech Awards, with finalists celebrated on November 19. Last year we won Fintech of the Year at the same awards. Being recognized two years running tells us that demand for image authenticity in lending, underwriting, and claims is real and growing.
Partnerships that put authenticity where the work happens
In August, Truepic and OtterBox teamed up to speed up warranty claims, with image authentication completed in under a minute. In the first four months, Truepic authenticated images for more than 100,000 claims, so genuine claims get approved faster. This has been one of the fastest growing segments of Truepic’s business, highlighting a real need for speed and trust across consumer product returns, recalls, and warranties.
In September, ISB Global Services brought Truepic’s authenticated photos and videos to Canadian insurers. Adjusters can now order Truepic inspections directly from the ISB Portal and rely less on costly in-person visits.
A few weeks later, Truepic became available inside Verisk’s ClaimSearch. When a claim needs a closer look, adjusters can request authenticated photos and videos without leaving the system they already use. As our President and Founder Craig Stack put it, “Adjusters shouldn’t have to choose between moving fast and getting it right.”
One problem, many industries
A phone case warranty, a Canadian claim, and a U.S. insurance investigation look like different problems. They’re really the same one. Each depends on digital content to make an accurate decision. While that was always challenging, AI has made it nearly impossible for businesses today.
Truepic handles that at the source. Images, videos, and data are authenticated the moment they’re captured, then run through AI and risk analysis with 50+ security checks. Clean submissions go straight through. Suspicious ones get flagged for review instead of slipping by.
We’ve now verified more than 100 million photos and videos this way, and the process works the same whether the image shows a cracked screen, a damaged roof, an automotive issue, or a construction project.
What comes next
The response to our AI analysis, introduced this year, has been incredibly positive, and we’re excited to see what authenticity paired with AI analysis can do for the industries we serve. Our customers already use it to turn the verified images they receive into clear, usable information the same details an experienced reviewer would pick out, delivered in seconds. Over the next year we’ll keep building on that so teams can move through their work dramatically faster. We’ll also keep adding partners and integrations, bringing Truepic into the platforms our customers already use and into new industries along the way.
The goal stays the same: give our partners images they can trust and act on, so they can keep growing as AI changes how images are made.
