How does the borrower take photos and videos?

Borrowers can capture photos or videos of the site using either the Truepic mobile app or a secure browser-based experience.

Do borrowers actually complete the inspection? 

Yes. Most inspections are completed in under 10 minutes, and our clients consistently report 80%+ completion rates. If the borrower won’t be on-site, they can easily share the inspection link with another contact, such as a contractor.

Can we use this beyond draw inspections?
